The journal is officially registered as a periodical in Russian and English.

The preferred language of publications is English.

Articles in Russian and English are accepted for consideration and publication on equal terms (with high requirements for compliance with the rules of grammar and stylistics).

Simultaneous provision of Russian and English versions of articles by the authors is welcome.

For original Russian-language articles, a full-text translation into English (of high quality) is desirable. By agreement with the authors, the editorial board can prepare a translation of the article from Russian into English.

For original articles in English received from foreign authors, the authors' provision of a translation of the full text into Russian is not mandatory. The editorial board can independently translate into Russian in agreement with the author.

For articles prepared in English by Russian authors, the provision of the author's version in Russian is mandatory.

In case of receipt of an article, another language version of which has already been published earlier, the issue of the possibility of publishing the received material will be considered in the context of compliance with copyright and the rights of the first publisher.
